GoPro’s Opportunity

        GoPro recently surprised everyone with a complete product line revamp. GoPro has announced the hero 5, hero 5 session, karma, and karma grip. All of these products are great expansions and innovations on their product line that was already strong. With GoPro being quiet for so long, many people are unaware of this new line of products. 

        McDonald’s Happy meal toys provide a great platform for many companies to share themselves with the world. Not only would GoPro taking part in this benefit themselves, McDonald's would greatly benefit also. 

        McDonald's has had a negative connotation with health. They have desperately been trying to get rid of this negative image. GoPro, as an action sports company, can bring the active lifestyle mentality to one of McDonald’s best-selling products. With toys that inspire adventure, Kids will be able to associate activity with McDonald's.

        GoPro would be able to advertise this new line of products to the general public through the Happy meal. McDonald’s would be able to promote their campaign of health and activeness. This partnership would impact both parties positively.

Opportunity Statement:        

There is an opprtunity to design a McDonald’s Happy Meal toy line for children inspired by GoPro and its brand values. We are looking to promote a child’s ability to experience and capture life’s moments while looking up to athletes who we can define as “GoPro Heroes” through not only their athletic abilities, but also their character.
